The trial Administrative Measurement on Purchasing Logistics Services for China’s Central Government Departments has been formulated and distributed by National Government Offices Administration recently, which requires the operational maintenance cost budget of elevator equipment in office areas to be 860 yuan per set monthly for buildings with no more than 8 floors. For buildings with more than 8 floors, the cost budget should add 30 yuan for every extra floor.
