紐約市發布電梯違規行為搜索門戶

6月17日，紐約市房屋管理部門（Department of Buildings）計劃發布一款新的電梯違規行為搜索門戶。該搜索門戶名稱為“DoB NOW: Safety”，可供群眾搜索建筑物內有關的電梯違規行為及違規處罰記錄。自6月17日起，未按期申報的罰款和豁免申請都必須通過該門戶進行辦理。同時，房屋管理部門電梯部門不再受理電郵申請或者寄送的紙質表格或申請，包括民事罰款表格和電梯違規行為搜索申請等。

ELEVATOR VIOLATION SEARCH PORTAL TO BE LAUNCHED IN NYC

The NYC Department of Buildings (DoB) plans to launch a new “Elevator Violations” portal on June 17. Called “DoB NOW: Safety,” the portal will allow the public to search for elevator violations at properties, as well as fines owed for violations. Several failure-to-file payments and requests for waivers must, as of June 17, be made through the portal. Forms and research requests, such as Cashier Civil Penalty forms and elevator violation research requests, can no longer be emailed or delivered in person to the DoB’s Elevator Unit.
