《電梯安裝維修工國家職業技能標準》通過國家人社部終審

由浙江省特檢院編寫的《電梯安裝維修工國家職業技能標準》通過國家人社部終審。

據不完全統計，截至2017年底，我國電梯總量達562.7萬臺，已成為全球電梯使用量第一、年增加量第一和制造產量第一的國家。電梯安全事關人民群眾生命財產安全，事關經濟社會的和諧穩定，事關國家安全生產大局，電梯安裝維修工就是從事電梯設備制造、安裝、改造、調試、維修、保養及外圍設備保障的操作及維護人員。介于該工種的重要性和特殊性，2017年，人社部首次將電梯安裝維修工列入國家職業資格目錄，并交由浙江省人社廳負責編寫事宜。受浙江省人社廳委托，浙江省特檢院組織全國知名電梯專家，進行了企業調研、編寫組近一年的努力，于8月完成標準初稿并順利通過初審，該標準在全國網上征求意見并于2018年9月29日通過國家人社部終審。

《電梯安裝維修工國家職業技能標準》將電梯安裝維修工劃分為五個等級：五級/初級工、四級/中級工、三級/高級工、二級/技師、一級/高級技師；標準將結束電梯安裝維修工無等級、無題庫、無考核標準的現狀，電梯安裝維修工技能將有標準可依。

National vocational skill standard for elevator finally approved by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security

The National vocational skill standard for elevator installation and maintenance technician, written by Zhejiang Provincial Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, has been finally approved by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

The Standard has divided installation and maintenance technicians into 5 classes as the 5th class for primary workers, the 4th class for medium-class workers, the 3rd class for superior workers, the 2nd class for technicians and the 1st class for senior technician. The Standard would end the years of no classification, no test bank, no assessment criteria for elevator installation and maintenance technicians and their skills would be graded according to standards.
